The Mission: You will work directly with the Business Founder to launch and scale TrendMind, an AI-powered LinkedIn Authority Engine. This is not a "passive" role; you will be on the front lines of sales, marketing, and operations.

Key Responsibilities / Your Daily To-Do List

Sales Outreach: Manage a pipeline of 20+ leads daily. Send personalized outreach and follow-up DMs to Freelancers and Founders.
Content Management: Use the TrendMind platform to schedule posts for the company’s official page and other social media platforms.
Community Engagement: Monitor LinkedIn notifications. Respond to comments and engage with "Ideal Customer Profile" (ICP) posts to build brand visibility.
Operations Support: Perform a daily "QA Audit" of the website. Report bugs to the team and manage basic customer support tickets (FAQs).
Data Tracking: Update the Weekly KPI Scorecard (Sign-ups, MRR, and Affiliate performance).

Requirements

LinkedIn Power User: You understand how the algorithm works and what "authority" content looks like.
Bias for Action: High-energy/You’d rather "ship and fix" than "wait and wonder."
Tech-Savvy: Must know how Tech & AI (Automation) works.
Communication: Exceptional written English. You can write in a professional, yet witty and punchy tone.
